Jomsom Muktinath Trek is an exciting trek in the Annapurna and Mustang regions of Nepal. The 13-day trek begins in Kathmandu with the tour of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Next, we fly to Pokhara, the beautiful Lake City and begin trekking from there. We trek in the beautiful Annapurna region and gradually enter the Mustang region. Our trail passes through quaint villages, cascading waterfalls, lush forests and surprisingly an almost-barren leeward side of the Himalayas. The diverse Nepalese landscape combined with the rich culture of its people makes this trek all the more rewarding. On our Jomsom Muktinath Trek, we also walk on trails along the Kali Gandaki gorge which is the deepest gorge on earth and then visit Muktinath Temple which is an important place of pilgrimage for Hindus and Buddhists alike. Dipping our bodies into the hot spring at Tatopani will also be a pleasing experience. The trek ends with our flight to Pokhara from Jomsom followed by a drive to Kathmandu.

DAY 01: KATHMANDU ARRIVAL
Our representative will be at Kathmandu airport to facilitate for your arrivals. After arrivals transfer to hotel a brief tour briefing will, be held. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

DAY 02: KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast there will be a guided tour to four UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu. The sites visited will be Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, Buddhist stupa of Swyambhunath and Bouddhanath, and ancient royal palace complex of Kathmandu Durbar Square. After sightseeing drop back to hotel and overnight stay in Kathmandu.

DAY 03: KATHMANDU POKHARA FLIGHT AND TREK TO TIKHEDHUNGA
An early morning flight to Pokhara will be arranged. It will take around 30 min to reach beautiful lake city. After landing in the Pokhara airport we drive for Nayapul from where the trek starts it normally takes 1 hour 30 min drive to reach Nayapul. We begin our trek from the northern side of Bhurungdi Khola, the trail ascends through the sub tropical forests; after crossing a suspension bridge on ModiKhola we trek to the village of Tikhedhunga. Rest and overnight at TIkhedhunga Village.

DAY 04: TIKHEDHUNGA TO GHOREPANI
The trail drops down and crosses the Burungdi Khola, then climbs all the way up to Ghorepani via very steep ascend up to Ulleri village. Ghorepani is a village with small shops and stalls for selling local products and craft, out of two part of Ghorepani we stop at the higher part which offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains including Annapurna South and Nilgiri, overnight at tea house at Ghorepani village.

DAY 05: GHOREPANI TO TATOPANI
The trial descends steeply to village of Sikha & it further descends to GharKhola Village. After crossing suspension bridge trek up to Tatopani. Tatopani is a small settlement with natural hot water spring; tatopani literally means Hot Water in Nepali. This hot water springs is popular among the trekker to sooth their tired body, overnight at tatopani village.

DAY 06: TATOPANI TO GHASA
The trail goes along the Kali Gandaki River; Kali Gandaki flows from a world’s deepest gorge of 2200m in between two 8000 meter mountaintops of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna which are only 38km apart. The trail Continues along to Dana, Rupse Chahara waterfall and Kopchepani, the trail further ascends to the Thakali village of Ghasa. Rest and overnight at Ghasa.

DAY 07: GHASA TO MARPHA
Our trail consists of a steep climb through forest which takes us to Lete Khola then we will reach Lete Village. It further continues to the east of the Kaligandaki up to Larjung Village. From Larjung, we cross trail via Tukche at 2590m and apple farm projects which produces apple and vegetable for the whole region until we reach Marpha Village, Rest and overnight at Marpha Village.

DAY 08: MARPHA TO KAGBENI
The trail continues along the valley rising gradually before reaching Jomsom Village, We will cross the Panga Khola after crossing Jomsom it is very windy in the afternoon and the trek continues on the gradual path on the Kali Gandaki river bed for about 3 hrs and before reaching at Ekley-bhatti village after an hour of easy walk takes us to Kagbeni. Rest and overnight at Kagbeni.

DAY 09: KAGBENI TO MUKTINATH
The trial to Muktinath ascends from deserted landscape from Kagbeni till Jharkot Village. We need to ascend further to reach Muktinath temple. Muktinath is a sacred place for both Hindus and Buddhists located in Muktinath Valley at an altitude of 3,710 meters at the foot of the Thorong La mountain pass. In Hinduism, it is the sacred place Mukti Kshetra, which literally means the "place of liberation". Overnight at Muktinath Village.

DAY 10: MUKTINATH TO JOMSOM
In the morning we will visit the Muktinath Temple, there are 108 water spouts, channeled from the stream running above the temple. There is also a Buddhist Monastery nearby. The magnificent views of Dhaulagiri peak can be seen from Muktinath. From Muktinath, we trek back to Jomsom, over night at Jomsom Village.

DAY 11: JOMSOM TO POKHRA FLIGHT
After breakfast, we take early morning flight to Pokhara which will take 30 mins, after reaching Pokhara pick up from airport and transfer to hotel. Half day sightseeing will be arranged to Bindyabasani, Devisfall and Gupteshwor cave. Drop back to hotel, free to explore lake side area and Fewa lake second biggest lake of Nepal and overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

DAY 12: POKHARA KATHMANDU FLIGHT
After breakfast take flight to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. Evening will be free for personal activities and shopping, overnight at Kathmandu.

DAY 13: DEPARTURE
Morning will be comparatively free and closer to the time of your flight; you will be transferred to the airport in time to board your flight for onward journey.
